Danay is the right person if you are in the process of looking for your new home to live in or looking for investment properties. From our first contact with Danay she was always willing to address our concerns, for our house she worked for several days and extended hours until we found the right one for us, during the construction of our house we were not in the city but we had constant updates from her and although sadly for the closing we could not be present, my husband and I felt very comfortable that Danay was in charge finishing the whole process. I'm not sure how I lucked upon Danay as our realtor as I live in Hiawassee, GA. I had to move my Mother (96) in with me and after a few months we decided to sell her home and she would remain with me. Not familiar with Port St. Lucie I started my search on the internet. I don't remember what caught my attention but Danay stood out and I had my brother give her a call. He was quite impressed and we chose to go with her. She was at the home next day and made a few suggestions. We followed those suggestions and the house was on the market as soon as we completed her suggestions. Best thing we ever did. The sign for sale went up and she already had people waiting to see my mothers home. Danay had 4 showings the first day with 2 offers that were over the requesting price. Each day thereafter were 3-5 showings and more offers. We accepted an offer on the 7th day and we closed within the month. Danay is so professional, so helpful, and always there to answer any questions that might arise. I asked for her opinion many times and she never failed me. Danay is a brilliant real estate agent. I highly recommend her to anyone and will stand behind that recommendation!
